PO Box addresses: **Express and Premium shipping** is not available for PO Box addresses.

Hawaii: Economy and Standard shipping may take upto 14 additional business days for delivery.

Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands: The delivery to these islands/states may take upto 6 additional days for delivery.

APO / FPO: All orders will be shipped via our Economy shipping method only. Premium & Express Shipping** are available, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery with these shipping options. All orders will ship via USPS and the delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days to the military post office. Delivery times to the buyer may vary based on the military area and where the final destination is located.

2. Same Day Shipping*

Same day shipping doesn't apply to:

• International Orders
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
• Orders for Mascots, large props, or Special Order items

Please Note: For delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands via Standard Shipping, please allow an additional 1-2 days from the time frames listed in the shipping option drop down at checkout.

PartyBell.com ships to over 200 Countries via International Ground Shipping. Shop as normal and choose the International Shipping option at checkout.

• Once we have received your order, we ship your order to our International Forwarder Shipper for further shipping according to the shipping method selected by you. And when shipped by the latter, we will mail you the tracking number. Overall, your order should reach you in time as per the shipping method selected by you.
• Once the package has left the US & is handed over to your Local Postal Service, from this point onwards you will not get accurate tracking information through USPS (or the shipper we selected). USPS will be given by your Local Postal Service about the status of the package & USPS will post the update on their website.
• It will be advisable to wait for a couple of days (for customs clearance) & then check on both USPS.com & on your local post office website for the status of your package with the Tracking Number sent to you.
• International shipping outside the US can be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. PartyBell.com is not responsible for these additional charges and they must be borne by the recipient. Contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures can cause additional delay to the original delivery estimates.
• If you choose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, PartyBell.com will decide whether to abandon the package or pay for it to be reshipped back to the United States. All the fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. Incase PartyBell.com chooses to abandon the package, you will not receive a refund.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of all of the merchandise ordered (Most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound).

The shipping and handling charges includes the following charges:

• The charges which we pay to shipper to deliver your items
• The handling charges to get your item ready for shipping
• The weight of the package (charges increase as weight does)
